What to include in the Privacy Policy

Terms & Conditions of Hire – Juicy Rentals

Effective Date: 14.10.2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all equipment hire from Juicy Rentals. By booking our services, you agree to the following:

1. Booking & Payment

A deposit (amount specified at booking) is required to secure your date.
The remaining balance must be paid [X days] before the event.
Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.

2. Cancellations

Cancellations made more than [30 days] before the event will result in loss of deposit.
Cancellations within [30 days] of the event are non-refundable.
If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

3. Equipment Use

All equipment remains the property of Juicy Rentals.
Equipment is to be used only for its intended purpose and under the supervision of our staff (where provided).
The hirer (you) is responsible for ensuring a safe environment for setup and use.

4. Damages & Liability

The hirer is responsible for any loss or damage caused to the equipment during the hire period (excluding normal wear and tear).
Juicy Rentals is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property resulting from misuse of equipment or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Access & Setup

The hirer must ensure suitable access to the venue and adequate space for setup.
Any restrictions (stairs, parking, etc.) must be advised in advance.
If setup is delayed due to venue restrictions not communicated beforehand, extra charges may apply.

6. Event Duration

Equipment will be available for the hire period agreed at the time of booking.
Overtime may be available at additional cost, subject to staff and equipment availability.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to deliver services caused by events beyond our control, including extreme weather, power outages, or venue issues.
