Refund Policy

Effective Date: 16.10.2025

At Juicy Rentals, we pride ourselves on providing a reliable and professional service. To ensure fairness and clarity, we’ve outlined our refund and cancellation terms below.

1. Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations by the Client

  • More than 30 days before the event: Your deposit will be retained, but any additional payments will be refunded in full.

  • 15–30 days before the event: 50% of the total booking fee will be charged.

  • 14 days or less before the event: 100% of the booking fee is payable and no refund will be issued.

3. Cancellations by Juicy Rentals

  • In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. equipment failure, staff illness, extreme weather), you will receive a full refund of all monies paid.

  • We will also make every effort to find a suitable alternative solution or reschedule your booking where possible.

4. Changes to Bookings

  • We will always try to accommodate changes to booking dates, times, or venues, subject to availability.

  • Changes made less than 14 days before the event may be subject to additional fees.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Deposits are always non-refundable.

  • Add-ons or custom requests that have already been purchased on your behalf (e.g. personalised props, custom signage) are non-refundable.
