Refund Policy

At Juicy Rentals, we pride ourselves on providing a reliable and professional service. To ensure fairness and clarity, we’ve outlined our refund and cancellation terms below.
1. Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations by the Client

More than 30 days before the event: Your deposit will be retained, but any additional payments will be refunded in full.

15–30 days before the event: 50% of the total booking fee will be charged.

14 days or less before the event: 100% of the booking fee is payable and no refund will be issued.
3. Cancellations by Juicy Rentals

In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. equipment failure, staff illness, extreme weather), you will receive a full refund of all monies paid.

We will also make every effort to find a suitable alternative solution or reschedule your booking where possible.
4. Changes to Bookings

We will always try to accommodate changes to booking dates, times, or venues, subject to availability.

Changes made less than 14 days before the event may be subject to additional fees.
5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
6. Non-Refundable Items

Deposits are always non-refundable.

Add-ons or custom requests that have already been purchased on your behalf (e.g. personalised props, custom signage) are non-refundable.
